body is completely and entirely different from the next. All with
different strengths and weaknesses. All with different goals and desires.
I like to approach each client as an individual. Custom tailoring
their workout regiment to reach their goals while strenghthening weaknesses
and bringing balance to their bodies. When developing a routine, depending
on the client, I like to draw different exercises from all the methods
I teach to properly add strength, balance, stretch, and flexibility
to their body. I feel all these methods are outstanding, but also
very time consuming and extremely choreographed. I like to take the
best of Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga, and weight training for each specific
client's needs and make it less complicated, but without losing the
benefits of the deep work that these methods provide.
